I have observed trading activity of PAA for weeks, I feel comfortable calling 15c if 3m volume is hit today
was nice backtest of sum sort and now perhaps we may seeintra day highs, 52 week highs later this afternoon
big picture who cares, just the positive sentiment continues and savvy investors are looking higher IMO
