Pharmaust Phase II K9 Trial

As we progress forward it would seem the newly delivered pills are to be in the possession of Vets as early as next week.




With a considerable pool of K9 Lymphoma cases it would seem reasonable to expect a swift uptake , the Investor Evening presentation by Robert Bishop indicated 8 Dogs would suffice to be able to represent statistical significance so having the ability to head to 16 dogs would really cement results.



The K9's in this trial will regrettably have Lymphoma and the administering of the MPL tablet will be by the dog owner in the home,, "This is an Industry First" previously our Phase I and Ia was in the lab in a controlled environment, it is a real achievement of our Clinicians and Management to enable refined MPL out in the public domain , it certainly shows there are no adverse effects from Human Handling and that MPL is deemed safe.

Elanco are as delighted with the progress made and are also excited to also demonstrate MPL's cancer fighting ability.



Regular Interim Trial Updates are planned by PAA to inform the wider market of effectiveness of MPL and provide a solid indication of exactly how swiftly results for the K9's can be expected.


The Company have stated they would like to have the data set in front of Elanco before Christmas.... Elanco have demonstrated they have the ability to negotiate and transact large Royalties , the Aratana example being , Once the ink was dry , 30 days shareholders were sorted with Elanco shares... PAA have stated they will pursue the Royalty Agreement as so they can derive income immediately and swiftly transition to Human Trials.

The current status Quo is that our data from the K9 trial will be integral to applying the Technology immediately to human trials.

for those that have been here a while ,,, we remember the great results from previous human trials , on subjects that had failed all previous standard of care..... Coupled with data from the Olivia Newton John Foundation , 28 of 30 Human cancers responded to MPL treatment....

Exciting times ahead for all ,, as we leave the realm of the Penny Dreadfuls and appear on the radar of more sophisticated investors,,,, plus now we are in the Funds Zone..... Personally believe in the next 3 weeks we will have a knock at the door,,, Funds Money at a Premium..... getting in before the Elanco deal crystallizes .....
