Spot on. Credibilty of what ifs, potentials and Rogers 'discussions' is none existent. Rubber on the road is the only thing that counts how. SP will linger until such time the market believes PAA can deliver any form of commerical outcome, or until MPL shows itself in some blockbuster fashion in human trials.
