I would pick Eli for speed of delivering "Covi-Pantel" to Market , Partnering would be swift,,,, purchase the 90m shares in Escrow at a Premium.. that would build a rough 75/25 structure to begin with and EL would be a corner stone investor in PAA...no need to buy PAA,, win win for us all,,plus EL are great at communication...
Speed will be of the essence ,,, and thats not a strong point for PAA
