We, the shareholders, are PAA.
If MT wants to come back and the Board rejects it, we just need to call for a 249(d) EGM.
Let the shareholders speak through their vote.
There would need to be total transparency from all parties about the reasons behind the resignation before any decisions are made.
Personally, I don't think he'll want to return.
