So Lynas is happy to tell people via email that phase 1 construction is complete yet they don't think it's worth mentioning this in an ASX announcement. That seems quite strange to me and I think it's a breach of their continuous disclosure obligations as a public listed company. At the very least, you'd think such an announcement would just be a courtesy to allay shareholders' fears that it is just the Malaysian government holding things up rather than problems with LAMP construction. Anyway, might send them an email and see if they've got the TOL but just haven't bothered to tell anyone :)
