Phase 1 which involves the Pump and Dump exercise is nearly over. As I pointed out a month or two back , this is where all the sophisticated investors that bought in for 16cents get out for prices between 22 to 32 cents. This is the riskiest stage for novices .
All is not lost though!!
Phase 2 is next and that is where hydrocarbon shows are reported assuming there are some. Wild swings can occur up to 50 to 100% or more. Again this is a very risky phase.
Phase 3 will see that the hydrocarbon shows were , either, just minor shows and nothing commercial, possibly minor gas accumulation, OR, something more substantial , possibly a commercial discovery. By now the sp will be around ten cents or as much as a couple of dollars or more depending on what is found.
The next phase might involve a lengthy period of assessment , capital raising, a marketing plan in the case of gas, a development plan, another cap raising or debt finance. This will only occur in the event of a commercial discovery and is time consuming and usually results in the sp softening, or worse,....short selling as sellers know there will be several cap raisings and production will be a couple of years away at least.
Good luck to all holders and may your investment pay off .
