I share some of your scepticism, a CR could well eventuate in next the Q, but there's no way to know at what stage a Permetrex's deal may be: following the release of the independent research on its performance compared to other topicals, it could be getting closer by the day.
As previously pointed out, that research was key to setting up the scene for negotiating a deal.
