    For those that missed my earlier post ... the big news was that last years ruby exploration was to process 10 tonnes and conduct a feasibility study with view to opening a new plant to process 1,500 tonnes a day.... my discussion today confirmed that applications HAVE NOW BEEN MADE to open this plant ... now that is not to say they will proceed if the application is granted .. but then why apply .. as the application implies intention ???

    Yes it's a ramp ... but also based on fact ...
