To do a trial with a combination drug that is patented requires authorisation by the said Company. It is placed in the FDA portfolio .
The data from the trial would be shared with the said Company. There could be a MOU with the other patented Company to share information as well. I cannot categorically answer that part of your question.
So , a question to all !
What will drive the SP an announcement, saying we are doing a lone combination Phase 3 or an announcement saying we have partnered a Phase 3 ?
If you answer the latter in an affirmative.
Which Company , try to stay away from USA.
