One thing to take from transgene is that they are very confident in tg 4010. They are building a facility to make commercial doses and have mentioned more than once that whether novartis take up the option or not they will be progressing forward with tg4010. Reading between the lines it appears they may have another partner ready to go if novartis decide not to take up the option. With or without novartis if tg4010 is as good as transgene seem to think it is it bodes well for vhl imo
