Phase 3 trial

So my daughter was in the phase 2 trial in Houston Blue Bird Rett Clinic in 2014. She was vastly improved in a 6 or 8 wk dosage.(can't remember) We're really bummed it's taken so long to get to P3. Now I thought Phase 3 trial was to be for a longer time period (6months?). and after this that drug would be available on the market. Trial is supposed to start in Jan 2019, so all of this is kind of coming together. Have to get mfg'r on board and up to speed to supply drug. Have heard that they have to show that to the FDA. How they are going to mfg and distribute. Also to try on other non human species. Why is that and what for. I'm thinking this sp may simmer along and not do much until this time or later 2019. $2.35 sp in US dollars. What say ye? Gig'em Aggies y'all!
