phase 4 plant up and running

Came across this article which implies that the Phase 4 plant is up and running.

It doesnt say alot, but it doesnt need to!

"Zhejiang Mesbon Chemical Fiber has recently started up its new 72-position nylon-6 FDY spinning line, which mainly yields fine-denier (20-40D) yarns. With the successful startup, the company’s nylon filament capacity has now reached 55,000 tons/year."

This is great news. Hopefully the company puts out an announcement at some stage. Maybe this is the reason behind the buying interest of late..??..
