I can't log in until they check up my details in 2 days...anyway hope we see some improved margins to kick start the SP. When I called 40c last year there is no EU crisis, now there is. But from a long term perspective 23c is too cheap for a business like this, we only need 3 good years to build another Mesbon, while industry average is 5-6 years, as forcarsted. Having said that, It isn't clear yet that China would experience another boom in near term, the big environment is weaker than 2011 1H which is in Shen's advantage.
