No matter which way one adds it up the board which includes MT owe share holders an explanation.
The facts or as that seem to be some shareholders had knowledge of the why things played out as they did.
It also appears that some shareholders had prior knowledge of what was going to happen prior to it happening.
What was it that caused MT to resign, it was stated as personal reasons, it appears that what ever those reasons suddenly disappeared once a new board came on the scene, and all of a sudden he is made MD and reinstated as CEO.
Now considering there has been no visible change in the way the company is being run.
What was so bad that the old board was given the boot.
