Fantastic summary. High returns on investment possible from this level if MPL succeeds through the mTOR pathway where other drugs have failed (lack of safe potency or BBB crossing potentially?)
From a scientific/data analysis viewpoint my only concern was/is the small sample size in the Phase 1 study, p values are possibly skewed intentionally or not from my understanding of statistical analysis.
I'm holding and looking to increase my position on any weakness in SP.
