Thank you @coads for a sensible analysis of the SP movt coupled with major events/announcements. How anyone could point the finger singularly at MT is ridiculous, without foundation and in-depth analysis. As we learnt in secondary school (history class) there are real/underlying reasons and immediate reasons for significant events. To not see the real/underlying reasons as alluded to by you generates a false conclusion as to the reasons for the SP decline.
