Expecting to see the agenda for the AGM in the next couple of days, to be held on Monday 30th September.
The date is significantly earlier than previous years ... is there a reason for the early date, perhaps requiring an expedited vote from shareholders ?Or is the board simply eager to get their shares allocated and enjoy the AFL final the day before.
With MT heading to the US in October, it is necessary to lock down issues like renumeration arrangements (including incentives, trigger points ), or shareholder approval for a resolution seeking to amend the companies’ constitutions in respect of proportional takeovers.
Who knows ... but I look forward to attending in person.
