I think another point to consider JJ is that when MT was at his finest regarding promotion and SP, he was essentially a one man band. There are now a host of other very capable people who can handle some of the day to day and allow MT to focus on all elements of shareholder value, including the SP.
It is either a concious choice to scale back promotion or the SP and previous PAA interest was not of MTs doing and was pure coincidence.
I think its the former. In which case it'd be nice for them to explain to loyal shareholders why...
In either case I think its fair to say the grace period has run out...this is beginning to have the hallmarks of Rogers reign.
