Has anybody here had any luck at contacting the company and receiving an answer to their query as of late ?? Seems all avenues - different email addresses ,, even a director’s phone number go unanswered ?? Granted they are very busy but the “new” PAA has been very efficient and forthcoming with replies .. is this a return to the old PAA again ???
