    Jimmy , yes you can cancel your buy or sell order during a trading halt as well as place a new one. However post the trading halt the starting price likley will be significantly higher ( heres hoping) or lower so now is the time to position ones self. Have not seen any top holders sell off so they are clearly voting by locking in with their shares which is encouraging and I am doing the same. Days left now.!!
