    Why would EMS not want to sell the product - there are personal relationships and close knowledge in place with Africa (including Mandela family), as well as ownership of distribution companies in Africa. Really it would be better to 1. forge forwards, distribute and sell, develop Nicosorb; or 2. takeover. Would a "trade sale" be in our best interests, as the product is potentially more valuable in the hands of EMS rather than a third party?
