clydebigdog: Fully agree that EMS will not want to sell the product themselves IF they can find a good deal.
In case they will be forced to bring the product to the market themselves, this would signal a double negative in my view, i.e.:
a) they could not secure a decent deal from any pharma that should be interested in such a new Malaria product
b) they would need more money, which will spell dilution for current shareholders (they would likely get funds from "sophisticated investors").
Of course, I hope for excellent results and a great deal ahead.
