I am glad to read that NC finally changed his bargaining position and agreed to export all the waste.
I just wonder why it took him so long to do that. Practically, if LAMP produces gypsum and fertilizer as waste, why insist of keeping it in Malaysia, stupid?
It could have solved plenty of time in getting the TOL.
