I think Dr David Sinclair just bought a biotech shell for his anti-ageing drug ambition, all existing PBT trials are just there for display.
Dr Sinclair is pioneer in the sector, and anti-ageing technology/drug has never been played in ASX, PBT could be Disallowed in a few days if Dr plays things right.
