Prana has reported years ago that PBT2 treated animals lived longer and old animals started to behave as young animals. IMO these are signs that PBT2 was also a mitochondrion drug. Now most likely Prana has a more potent drug in this respect, just my opinion. If this is true the role of mitochondrion could be demonstrated by different biopsies ( muscle, skin or else) and these are simple and safe to do in comparison to getting spinal fluid. Of course analyses of these biopsies to find a change in mitochondrion are demanding. But even some simple physiological tests as pulmonary function tests and echo cardiogram or else could give interesting results, who knows. Every cell could work better even a test person feels and is still totally healthy. So IMO Phase 1 has some possibilities, just my opinion.
