Not sure how to get into this discussion but would like someone with more knowledge than I with Soleno Therapeutics and if they are newer than NEU, bigger etc. I have a daughter with PWS and have invested in NEU. The basics of what has been put forward to my understanding makes sense r.e NNZ 2591 in that it 'calms the farm' with all of the conditions Angelman, Phelan-McDermid, Pitt Hopkins and Prader-Willi syndrome. Soleno is in completion to NEU? I'm biased I admit due to my knowledge of NEU for a year or more than Soleno. I have a B.App.Sc (Chem) and would have to say that my biochem results weren't the greatest but NNZ 2591 looks 'friendlier' than Diazoxide with the lack of Sulphur. Both have aromatic ring structure puts me off but that is very common with pharmaceuticals. Comments please.
