Great to see the AFL - Player's Association stepping up and committing funding to this issue.

Iam encouraged by the last statement in the article and one would think with TGA approval in hand, MEB would be in a strong position to extend their services to the AFLPA, alongside the AFL - "Marsh also stressed that external providers would be subject to ‘‘quality controls’’ and that the industry governance committee would not fund unqualified providers."

With the AFL and AFPLA showing leadership with this issue, it won't take long for the other codes to step up their funding and seek out 'credible' programs and services. Looking for a return on their investment, objective measurement can deliver this in spades. I wonder how far away we are from a US players association & or league to sign on....
