    Firstly if I was the CEO and knew that in a few weeks I was running out of dough I'd already have announced the cap raising issued the offer etc so we didnt go over the fiscal cliff..Secondly on this link there has been no new funding this yr so far.I'd punt a sheet of solar steel we are next on that list..If not he has another option we dont know about.
