She has no more opportunities. It is a deal for sure but what is the value and how screwed will we shareholders be? She cannot decide to just not release the data. If the data is bad, you just say it's crap and end of BIT and end of shareholder capital. MM is retiring so no big deal for her. We gave her many many $$$$ in the process. The delay is something more meaningful.
