DS it wasonly ever referred to as a joint venture partnership, or simply partnership, so one would think 50/50 as they both input cutting edge technology , to make the JV work...
As for valuation..... Talk has been around for years that meficine would become very personalised..... Each patient would get their own genetically profiled therapy...
Seemed like science fiction a few short years ago....
PYC may be just about to make a quantum leap to making this dream come true....
Who knows what the value is, before the auction.... My tip its more than $30M.
