50/50 but that was from outset & without funding so if you assume the ongoing costs have been split 50/50 then it should remain the same.
I think word was it got valued not long after the spin-off was put forward in 2011 at around $10M from memory when they where looking for backers so $5M each & then I guess any third party would dilute accordingly based on funding. Not sure how that value would of increased over time or if it has ?
