Two days ago the EPO deleted its Notice of Allowance for Noxopharm’s PK patent application; and the record shows that Examination is again in progress.
I understand this is actually GOOD news.
Noxopharm has requested an amendment of the text the EPO intended to use for Patent Grant, to remove the risk of ambiguity of some Claims, and it appears the Examiner agrees. The decision to delete the original NOA allows the Examiner to publish a new NOA, with amended text, once Noxopharm’s submission has been considered.
