Preempt was just making a generalisation.
There is no one shareholder in RRS who is happy at the moment due to delays, silent management etc.
Shareholders in other companies with a lot less less risk are upset with their falling shareprices as well.
At least these shareholders have a safer investment with sound management not like our "Highly esteemed" stooges.
