Wouldn't it depends when the invoice was issued and the terms of payment. If something was issued in January with 90 day terms then if the client pays when the invoice is due. As the 4c report is quarterly it won't be picked up until q4 from a cash prospective. Looking at the estimates done you would anticipate revenue and cash coming in to start to pick up. Per E and P estimated revenue for 2020 is 600k, 2021 is 9.5 mill. 2022 43.2m , 2023 93.5 mil 24 160.9 mil. Given the valuation is on titiomics website you would anticipate the numbers to be ball parkish and an indication that revenue tap is being turned on and starting to pick up.
