the problem is there's no certainty with the rights issue, it might have a low turnout
and the other problem is, it takes too long. By the time it's closed, and shortfall is placed (assuming they CAN place it) too much time has passed
Can they not just do a placement to a group of investors? to make sure they get the amount needed without all this fuss
