To be fair Cheyne, I blame Justyn for a lot of this.
Everyone could see Phil wasn't up to the task, in my opinion, yet Justyn persisted with Phil almost out of stubbornness. The rhetoric out of NRZ was always he doesn't present well, obviously, but he possessed some sort of board room wizardry.
Of course, if you're unemployable in my opinion, you'll milk it for as long as you can.
Justyn had said in interviews that he had met with high profile executives to bring on the board, but it's all about the 'cost curve'. What they are paying themselves would be enough to attract a gun on the board, but of course any high profile executive would put an end to the boys club, and Justyn's autonomy would be diluted. I mean, could you imagine if a future manufacturer and urea producer had someone with urea and manufacturing experience on the board...
Justyn need's to decide what sort of business he wants this to be, I'm not sure if the autocratic model is working..
