    Per Note 20 of the 2004 A/cs
    The total remuneration was 7.5m
    A mere 1.25m of this was cash salary and insurance premiums (lest they fall under a bus and leave the company bereft)

    The rest was equity compensation and the majority of this related to incentive payments for the year ended June 2003 (the incentive scheme appears to have been negotiated in Sept 2003!!!) and approved by shrs in Nov 2003.

    What a great place to work - negotiate the details of your incentive scheme after the results are already known!
