i suggest you do some background reading before you post nonsense in the future.
the spp will help fund the purchase of the IP. if there are any spare change, esi will use the funds as working capital.
are you aware that esi has access to over $20m via a drawdown facility and a zccn? are you aware that esi has about $500K currently in the bank and will receive another $500K in the form of tax rebates shortly?
esi just needs to make a few good announcements so that the share price can move up a bit and away fom this danger zone.
esi's next major challenge once the IP is acquired is how they will fund the demonstration plant which could cost anything from $30m to $300m.
maybe esi will be free carried by its jv partners????? very likely imo.
