In respect of the allocation of shares in the SPP, I suspect that if the applications from the goods guys is not enough then the bad guys will get what they want.
I suspect that the co will take the view that money is money no matter where it comes from. I suspect that the long suffering longs holders will get what they want but so will the bad guys, the co has not shown any loyalty to date towards the large long term non foundation holders
