The maximum per security holder will remain $5K...but...if you have more than one account you will get xx by $5K.
Alternatively, you can contact ESI and ask to participate in one of the underwritings...there is no capping under this method.
In summary, if anyone wants to participate in the upcoming raising they can in effect invest thousands of $$$$ and will receive xx number of shares and 2 free options.
