From what I have heard the deal id still on but not much has progressed due to Christmas and Chinese New Year.
The question is will there still be a company to do a deal with over the next couple of months?
Why would current shareholders want to support the SPP @ 2c and 2 options out of the money when the sp seems to be in complete freefall over the past couple of weeks (if it wasn't already)
Appart from more placements at 1c or 0.5c what other funding options does ESI have? Even if the SPP was supported to a certain extent this money will probally not see out the year let alone purchase the IP?
Rupert have you lost all faith or was your most negative post to date just a result of a bad day?
I guess it could always be worse.........
