has advised the market that it has bought into two Gold Exploration Projects in the Philipines !!

1. Gold Cross Project
2. Batangas Gold Exploration Project

SXX has informed the market as per usual didley squat !!!!

SXX should perform a review of both projects and advise share holders what is needed to move these projects forward!!!!

According to the Dept of Environment and Natural Resources (Mines and Geoscience Bureau ) www.mgb.gov.ph

the following is required from every exploration company applying for leases.

1. Proof of Finanancial capability
2.Latest Audited Financial Statement
3.Annual Report or Latest Income Tax Returns
4.Proof of credit lines
5.Any Bank Guarantee or similar negotiable instruments
6. Proof of Technical Competence
7. Prepare an Exploration and Environmental work programme
8. Sworn statement of Technical capability of the consultants doing the above work.

Easy not too hard !!!!

So why has SXX not moved their projects forward ???
