i'm not sure that's entirely true. What shareholders do between themselves is their business to the extent of any Phillipine takeover laws. And I guess McGlinn et.al. have lots of evidence ro suggest no control move away from X64.
regardless, i'm not sure that any potential non compliance with listing rules on McGlinns part is the significamt outcome of this analysis....
