Would be interesting to hear other educated views on what this might mean. What has me perplexed is this afternoon's ASX update which states that "has not encountered reservoir quality rocks" (presumably after wireline logs) and is heading downward. Which might lead one to assume that the sidetracking is indeed to cater for a blockage (unless the statement was prepared on Friday - but wouldn't it need to be amended if it were no longer current??) I note mention there of wireline logging at deeper secondary objective - presumably this is at the very drill bottom, and not the wireline logging just completed on the weekend? Clarification from anyone in the know would be greatly appreciated.
