Energy World Corporation Ltd (EWC) is presently constructing a LNG Hub Terminal in Quezon Province, Republic of the Philippines.
As part of this project EWC will construct a 600 to 650MW combined cycle power plant which will provide a base customer to the LNG Hub Terminal and supply electricity into the Luzon grid.
EWC has appointed CEPA Tileman to act as the Employer's Representative during construction and then to become the plant Station Manager for the operation phase. CEPA Tileman is seeking an Experienced Engineer for this role.
As Employers Representative, the successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the construction of the power station. He will be assisted by electrical, mechanical C & I and civil engineering staff. He will oversee all contracts, contractors and suppliers. He will be responsible for successful completion and commissioning of the project.
As Power Station Manager he will be assisted by operations, maintenance and other staff for the Operation and Maintenance of the Power Station.
The Power station will comprise of 2 units of Siemens STG6-5000F gas turbine generators(already delivered), two Heat Recovery Steam Generators and one Steam Turbine Generator (yet to be ordered) Water Cooling Water Systems, Demin Water System, and all ancillary plant.
Applicant should possess:

• An Electrical or Mechanical degree leading to Chartered Engineer status
• Post Graduate Business Studies would be an advantage
• Minimum of 15 years Engineering experience
• Including 10 years with power generation plant
• And 5 years CCGT plants
• Accommodation and transport will be provided together with annual return airfares to country of origin.
• A salary commensurate with qualification and experience will be negotiated.
