Somebody or somebodies have got an agenda here, repeatedly rehash a piece of old news.

The news item repeated use of the word "alledged", the most laughable part is this: "...also asked President Aquino to require all concerned agencies, ..., to submit reports to the CHR..."

Now, does the CHR have legal authority over the issue? if so why the need for the president to make a requirement? If not why THE president would find its necessary to engage in such trivial matters the dealings of which should be addressed at local/regional regulatory/legal level?

I smell rats!

This dirty tactic is losing its effectiveness. The good closing price today on ASX testifies to that.
