Only bit info that I've come across is that Greenstone is Red5's affiliate company in the Philippines. This does not say that they own Greenstone. Note that the quarterly activities report had the following:
SHIC - Surigao Holdings and Investments Corporation
Siana Gold Project is under tenement MPSA 184-2002-XIII.
Not expecting much as assets probably only includes the plant.
