Cheers manila. All the paperwork shows Red paying the bills. I'm still concerned by 'book value' and what does and does not fall under this. I'd also raise an eyebrow if assets have been determined to have depreciated much...I mean the condition should be unchanged over last few years and if anything the price of steel has gone up. We wait.
