This article was released in 2015, before Ensogo quit it's Asian subsidiaries.

I've searched back, and cannot find any announcement or notification to shareholders at the time, that this action had been commenced by the Philippines government.

Perhaps others can find the notification to shareholders, I hope so.
It may have all been discussed at the time, but I don't remember it.

If there was no notification, might this be included in a class action?
Although, I expect a class action might be useless, since Ensogo now has practically no money left.
